We have found over the years that flat-rate shipping via Canada Post strikes the perfect balance between cost-effectiveness and speed for our valued customers, and is the best rate we can get as a small business. 

Canada Post Flat-rate Shipping costs:

• Extra Small Box: $16.99
• Small Box: $19.99
• Medium Box: $24.99
• Large Box: $32.99

These boxes have the capacity for up to 5kg (that's a lot). In PLAYWEAR terms - If it fits, it ships. You can use this to your advantage and ship a ton of our smaller products for free. For instance, you can buy and ship a Large Boat Tote for just $35 anywhere in Canada. Conversely, you can buy and ship a Large Boat Tote, Small Boat Tote, a Fanny Pack, three hats, and a keychain—all for the same $35. If you need help figuring out if something bulky can ship free with your order reach out to us on our Chat feature and we will give you a hand.

Processing times:

Please allow three business days for order packing on ready-made items and up to two weeks on Custom products. Typically, packages arrive within 7 business days after dispatch, but keep in mind that Canada Post suggests it might take up to 13 days for remote locations.

Send your order direct as a gift:

Flowers die, PLAYWEAR is forever! On a more serious note, any box can be sent as a gift anywhere in Canada on your behalf. To add a personal touch, we include a handwritten note with your message. If you're local, drop off your note or card. Rest assured, we'll remove all price tags for the perfect gift presentation. Simply leave your message and shipping address in the 'Order Special Instructions' box on the Cart page during checkout.
